These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern for online access to and use of the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, as defined below, as provided by Haas Life Wellness LLC ("Provider") on the Kajabi platform ("Platform"). By using the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use any Materials.

1. Program Benefits: As a member, you will have a limited revocable license to access the specific benefits and content provided by Provider as part of the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, which may include but are not limited to documents, videos, presentations, and other information (collectively, “Materials”). Provider reserves the right to modify or update the program benefits or content at any time without prior notice.
2. Program Fee: In consideration for access to the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, and Materials, you agree to pay the fee as specified by Provider. The Gallbladder Gone Support Society, is a one time fee, not reoccurring subscription. 
3. Intellectual Property: All content and Materials provided as part of the Gallbladder Gone Support Society,, including but not limited to, videos, articles, documents, templates, intellectual property rights, and any other proprietary information, are the sole property of Provider. Except for access described in the section entitled Gallbladder Gone Support Society, Benefits, you acknowledge and agree that the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, does not transfer or convey any ownership rights, or licenses, to the content and Materials provided through the Gallbladder Gone Support Society,, and you may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of such content and Materials without the prior written consent of Provider.
4. Confidentiality: As a Member, you may have access to confidential and proprietary information of Provider, including but not limited to trade secrets, business strategies, and customer data. You agree to keep all information and Materials provided in connection with the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, confidential and not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than participating in the Gallbladder Gone Support Society,
5. Disclaimer of Warranties: Provider makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, or Materials, content, and information provided in connection with the Gallbladder Gone Support Society,, including but not limited to, the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of such content, information, and Materials provided. The Gallbladder Gone Support Society, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and your use of the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, and Materials is voluntarily and at your own risk.
6. No Guarantee. You acknowledge and agree that Provider does not guarantee any specific outcome or result from the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, or from your use of any Materials or information available with your program.
7. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider and its affiliates, members, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors (“Provider Parties”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, loss of income, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, or any content, information, or Materials provided in connection with the Gallbladder Gone Support Society,, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
8. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Provider Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Gallbladder Gone Support Society,, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
9. No Affiliation: Provider is separate and independent from, is not affiliated with, and has no control of Platform. Provider has no responsibility or liability for any of Platform’s acts, omissions, warranties, or representations.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: You agree that this Agreement is governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Provider is located, without regard to any applicable conflict of law or choice of law provisions.
11. Disputes: If there is any dispute with Provider arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of this Course, you agree that such dispute will be resolved through good faith negotiations first. If the dispute cannot be resolved through such negotiations, the parties shall mediate such dispute using a mediator experienced in the subject matter of the dispute, and all mediation fees are to be shared equally between the parties to the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation and as a last resort, the parties agree to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The parties agree to equally share the cost of the arbitrator’s services.
12. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Provider regarding your use of the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
13. Amendments: Provider reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, and such modifications or updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, after any such modifications or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
14. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision will be deemed severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Waiver: Provider’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of Provider. Provider may assign or transfer this Agreement and its rights and obligations hereunder without your consent.
17. Termination: Provider reserves the right to terminate your access to the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of this Agreement or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
18. Survival: The provisions of this Agreement that survive termination, cancellation, or expiration of this Agreement, include but are not limited to the Sections entitled Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Indemnification, Disclaimer of Warranties, No Guarantee, Limitation of Liability, and Disputes shall survive and continue in full force and effect.
19. Headings and Title: The titles and headings used in this Agreement are only for reference purposes only and may not be used to interpret the meaning or intent of any provision of this Agreement.
20. Understanding of Terms: By accessing or using the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies or guidelines available on Provider and Platform’s website.
21. Capacity: By using the Gallbladder Gone Support Society, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
22. No Diagnosis. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PROVIDER IS NOT A MEDICAL ORGANIZATION. YOU MAY NOT CONSIDER THE MATERIALS PROVIDED BY PROVIDER AS MEDICAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND, AND THE GALLBLADDER GONE SUPPORT SOCIETY AND MATERIALS ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE OR TREAT ANY ILLNESS, DISEASE, PREVENT SURGERY OR ADVERSE MEDICAL CONDITION. 

25. Limitation of Liability and Release

TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT HLW AND ITS MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (collectively, “HLW PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT YOU SUSTAIN IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR (1) ACCESS OR USE OF THIS PROGRAM, (2) RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, OR (3) USE/CONSUMPTION OF ANY HEALTH SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONSTHAT YOU PURCHASE FROM HLW, AND YOU AGREE TO RELEASE HLW FROM ALL SUCH CLAIMS. TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL HLW OR ANY HLW PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF HLW’S SERVICE OR PRODUCTS OOR THE MEMBERSHIP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS PROGRAM IS TO STOP USING OR ACCESSING THE GALLBLADDER GONE SUPPORT SOCIETY OR REFUND OF THE COST YOU PAID HLW FOR ITS GOODS OR SERIVICES.

26. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HLW and HLW Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Gallbladder Gone Support Society; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions; or (iii) any claim that your use of the Gallbladder Gone Support Society has caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Gallbladder Gone Support Society. 

You should seek the advice of licensed physicians and/or dietary consultants before starting any dietary program to ensure it is suitable for your specific dietary needs. Provider does not suggest or represent that any of the programs have been approved for your individual use by any physician or other medical professional. In addition, Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any nutritional information of any meal or adopt, endorse, or accept responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any nutritional information regarding any meal.
