- weekly educational content all about building a sustainable, gallbladder friendly diet
- weekly Q&A to catch up and answer any questions you have
- weekly meal plan so you have loads of gallbladder friendly recipes at the end of the 4 weeks
- weekly live workout- just for fun! As a new mom I could really use a fun workout with some fellow gallbladder warriors! Plus exercise is great for gallbladder health!

I'm Olivia Haas
Like many of you I have had a history of digestive problems and gallbladder issues. I struggled to find support and answers along my way while dealing with biliary dyskinesia, sludge and polyps.
Along my journey I became passionate about all things gallbladder and liver health. I created this program so you dont have to be alone. So you can have all the answers you need to feel confident along your journey. So you have a positive community and feel supported.
